Description of Position
? PC support
? AD, TMG, Switch, firewall, network support,
? Microsoft , Redhat Linux Server maintenance and troubleshooting,
? Regional support for network related,
? Oralce/Mircrosoft SQL database backup,
? Printer/FAX/Copy support
? Network architecture/portfolio support
? Troubleshooting

Key Job Functions
? Administers systems, especially installation, configuration,
? Support supervisor to manage AD, Router, Switch, Firewall,
? Supports the analysis, evaluation and support of the selection of system software and tools
? Communicates with the end users in coordination with the person responsible
? Reports on quality and availability (KPIs)
? Reports on infrastructure daily checklist
? Ensure network performance is accepted,
? Support IT infrastructure project,
? Daily helpdesk for end users

Communication Network
Bachelor or above

Job Requirements
Work Experience ? At least 1-2 years network setup experiences,
? Have the experience on AD, Exchange ,
? Have the experience on printer, PC, PBX, Network , etc,
? Have the experience on Linux, windows server,
? Familiar with VMWare, VPN,

Education
？ Computer application related.
