The founders starting the trading group each graduated from reputed US Universities and had successful experience in renowned trading firm/department (Goldman Sachs & Co, Knight Capital Group). Now they start their full efforts in Asia market. We target several system developer and quant developer positions. The work locations will be in Shen Zhen.

System Developer Position:

We target 4 new hires for system developer position. This is a hands-on position for the full development cycle, from requirements collection to final deployment and includes on-going support for our professional trading platform. The successful candidate will work with an existing team of highly technical engineers to design, architecture and implement our low-latency, high-throughput and reliable automated trading systems. This is a unique opportunity for a Software developer to become a key contributor and work side by side with our talented team of software engineers, quantitative strategists and traders on cutting-edge technology and sophisticated quantitative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
? Implementing low-latency, high-performance, highly reliable software solutions on domain-optimized architecture
? Participate in the design, architecture and implementation of automated trading systems
? Take ownership of system from design through implementation
? Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members in defining and prioritizing technical projects.

Key Skills:
? Advanced proficiency with C/C++ systems development
? Familiarity with Linux environments
? Strong knowledge of scripting languages (especially Python)
. Proficient at common data structure, algorithm design & complexity analysis, design patterns
? High level knowledge & competencies in one or more of the following areas:
? Multi-core 1 machine parallelism, kernel optimization
? Low level performance / cache optimization / profiling
? FPGA, device drivers, assembly
. Deep understanding of the whole stack of network from a latency perspective, network stack optimization,
socket programming
? Exchange connectivity, fast data feed, common micro-structure knowledge
. clear concepts of compiling theory, experience with language embedding
. clear concepts of common DBMS, and adapt at query optimization

Job Requirements:
? Earned or will earn a BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science(or closely related fields) from top-tier Computer Science
Departments, or publicly demonstrable success in building high performance software and broad knowledge in
Computer Science.
? Exceptional C++ developer with 2+ years’ net experience, or demonstrable experience as a major contributor to
medium to large scale C++ project
? Experience with network programming involving low latency and high message rates
