职位描述：
Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering is preferred;
2.12 Years and 8+ years working experience with supplier quality management team leadership background;
3.Quality control experience that includes management related experience with an EMS company.
4.Working knowledge of ISO9001 is a must, familiar with ISO9001 system audit, Certified ISO9001 auditor.
5. MUST understand IPC-A-610 Standards and 8D practices;
6.Willing to take a short trip occasionally to audit suppliers throughout the Asia Pacific region, it is a must.
7.Working knowledge of ISO90001 and ISO13485，ISO14001 is a big plus
9.Working knowledge the 1st tier automotive supplier quality requirements (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, GR&R) is a big plus;
10.Working knowledge of Lean, PDCA and Six Sigma is a big plus
11.Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
12.An excellent and cross functional communicator.
13.Highly self-motivated，result oriented，and high integrity.
14.Passionate about quality and continuously seeks for supplier quality improvement.

Responsibilities:
1.Plan, develop and implement a comprehensive dock-to-stock program that reduces our inspection time and costs while simultaneously ensuring not adversely impacting the quality of our final products.
2.Automate the data collection and incoming inspection process to be an electronic process， continuously optimize the inspection process.
3.Initiate the Material Review Board (MRB) and drive the disposition of non-conforming raw materials in real time.
4.Put into establish a solid Supplier Quality Management metrics in LES, including supplier scorecard system, supplier system audits and process audits plan, new suppliers qualification procedure, supplier quality development plan, etc. , monitor their effectiveness， and continuously optimize the procedures and activities.
5.Monitor and review monthly supplier performance report, lead SQE team to drive the suppliers with a worse performance to implement the necessary corrective actions.
6.Lead SQE team to drive the suppliers to identify the root cause and take corrective actions to achieve satisfactory disposition of non-conformances when necessary
7.Monitor and review the supplier SCAR management system.
8.Manage and perform Supplier Quality Audits, new supplier qualifications, especially for critical projects and suppliers.
9.Manages and directs all employees and activities directly， including incoming inspections and supplier quality control activities. Generate and publish various IQC department reports.
10.Work out and implement IQC department training and development plan, perform the employees performance review.
11.Manage the 4M1E related to department(Man/Machine/Material/Method/Environment)，administrative affairs, cross functional department communication and negotiation.
