DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage and perform fieldwork on financial due diligence engagements.

· Coordinate work on transactions performed by multiple service lines.

· Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements.

· Lead meetings and calls with clients and target management.

· Plan and execute financial due diligence engagements for financial and corporate clients (domestic or international) across a variety of industries.

· Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines effectively.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships and cross-sell services.

· Team with partners on proposals and business development calls.

· Manage, mentor, and train senior associates and associates.

· Assess performance of senior associates and associates.

· Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

· Graduate degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).

· Five years of experience in accounting or audit, or two years in transaction advisory.

· Strong report writing skills (English and Mandarin).

· Strong current knowledge of China GAAP and/or IFRS and/or US GAAP.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Past experience of working on financial due diligence engagements.

· Professional accounting certification (China CPA or overseas professional qualification).

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Strong business development, training, and mentoring skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
