职位描述：
Support sales leader and PLM in all related administrative tasks
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information, collect sales data and prepare sales report
- Calendar and meeting and conference management
- Coordinating and making all travel plans & arrangement
- Processing monthly corporate card and cash expenses
- Work proactively and independently to support events/seminars participated by team & other teams

- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years related working experience in a multi-national environment or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
- Have the ability to work accurately, work independently with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills, with mature, positive & flexible demeanor
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and handle stressful and difficult situations with composure
- Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain absolute security of highly confidential information
- Internet proficiency and knowledge of web-based applications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
