Daily job duties and responsibilities of the HR Manager include:
Answering employee questions;
Processing incoming mail;
Creating and distributing documents;
Providing customer service to organization employees;
Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators;
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data;
Setting appointments and arranging meetings;
Maintaining calendars of HR management team;
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
Qualities of Competent HR Manager. To effectively perform the duties of a human resources assistant, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner;
Must possess strong interpersonal skills;
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information;
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality;
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

5. 对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧,熟悉人事工作流程;
6. 具有较强的工作责任心,及高效的办事效率。
工作职责:
1. 全面负责公司的人力资源管理工作,确保公司各部门用工正常,以保证公司的正常运营;
2. 参与制定公司的人力资源战略规划,为重大人事决策提供建议和信息支持;
3. 全面负责人力资源部全体人员的日常管理工作,合理分工和配置人员,做到人尽其才,各尽其能,负责督导和分配所属人员的各项工作;
4. 根据各部门人员需求情况,提出内部人员调配方案(包括人员内部的调入和调出),并负责制定招聘计划、招聘程序,进行初步的面试和筛选;
5. 负责公司所有员工人事档案的建立、保存,做好各类人力资源状况的统计、分析、预测、调整、查询和人才库建立等工作;
6. 与员工进行积极沟通,做好各部门间的人员协调工作,促进人员的优化配置;
7. 负责公司全体员工的考勤管理;
8. 负责制定全员培训计划,对员工进行岗前培训、在职培训(包括低端、中端、高端),并进行培训结果的分析与反馈;
9. 负责拟定下属职员的岗位职责,经批准后负责其岗位职责的实施与监督;
10. 负责薪酬计算,拟定薪酬制度、晋升制度、福利制度,经批准后负责对制度的执行与监督;
11. 负责与员工签订劳动合同、办理社会保障福利;
12. 完成上级临时交办的其他工作。
