职位描述
Job Description:

1. 针对客户需求进行询价、报价及客户跟踪；
According to customer demand for inquiry, quotation and customer tracking;
2. 处理订单，履行合同及其他日常商务性工作；
Processing orders, to perform the contract, and other daily business work;
3. 有合同管理，订单流程处理经验，有一定的销售意识；
Have contract management, order process processing experience, and sales consciousness;
4. 对船舶配件、机械设备、机电产品等产品有询报价经验者优先。
The ship accessories, mechanical equipment, machinery and electronic products and other products to offer experience is preferred.
5. 负责采购部商务相关的具体日常工作，协调公司相关部门；
Responsible for purchasing business related to the specific daily work, coordinate with related departments.
6. 负责供应商资格审核，完善供应商数据库。
Responsible for supplier qualification audit, adjust the supplier database.
7. 组织收集、分析并定期汇报行业商情情报；
Organize collection, analysis, and regularly report the industry business intelligence;
8. 负责采办项目商务的评估，具体落实项目材料询价、报价布置工作。
The evaluation of business responsible for procurement projects, in particular, to carry out the project material inquiry, quotation arrangement work.
9. 负责采办合同的执行及付款情况的跟踪
Responsible for the execution of procurement contract and payment tracking
10. 负责上级领导安排的其他工作
