Responsibilities:

？ Perform receptionist duties, eg answering telephone calls and greet visitors; handling mails, parcels and courier services in a timely and accurate manner.
？ Provide overall office/HR administrative support to the Office & HR Manager
？ Handle daily office administration to include travel arrangements, office supplies ordering, office maintenance, etc.
？ Support in arrangement of company events, activities, functions and offsite meetings, when required.
？ Provide support on employee expense claims and IT issues.
？ To provide temporarily support merchandising activities, such as database update, sample follow up, etc.
？ Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

？ University degree graduate.
？ Prior receptionist / administrative experience in multinational organizations is preferred.
？ Prior merchandising experience in retail chain stores or buying / trading office an advantage.
？ Pleasant, courteous, good telephone manner.
？ Good written and spoken English.
？ Multitasking and ability to work under work pressure. Well organized and detailed oriented.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills. A team player.
？ Ability to work in a diverse culture work environment.
？ Proficient with MS office (ie Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
