NPI Engineer Job Profile and Description
The job profile of an NPI that means ‘New Product Introduction Engineer’ requires a person inspecting and checking the complete product before the official launch. A finished product may have few flaws or technical faults that were not observed earlier, and the job of an NPI is to check and assess the quality of a product to confirm that it is fault free and completely ready to launch in the market. This job demands a sharp eye for detail as they have to look closely for any possible errors or faults in a product. It is a very responsible job.

职位描述：执行产品从研发到正式导入生产之前所有的检查和确认工作。
在初期阶段，样品可能有一些缺陷或问题没有被及时发现，NPI的任务是确认和评估产品的品质无故障，确保产品顺利导入生产。这项工作要求应聘者具有敏锐的洞察力，随时发现产品可能出现的潜在错误或缺陷。这是一份责任性很强的工作。

Understanding the customer specifications and company standards and, verifying the same in the finished product
? Building and implementing production testing tools, labelling systems and software loading stations
? Confirming the blueprint of the product before it goes for manufacturing
? Checking the quality of the product and identifying the error or faults
? Involved in the Product Certification (Internal and External)
? Quoting production costs and expenses, and presenting to the management
? Providing feedback about the finished product and recommendations to the Research and Development department for accurate development of the product
? Reporting NP status through different phases: Prototypes / Pre production / Pilot Run / Mass Production
? Responsible to implement NPI process improvement including Engineering Change Management
? Managing Product Data (BOM / Datasheet / Work Instructions / Manual / labelling Fixtures / Artwork of Packaging and other materials
? Optimizing Assembly Processes for cost reduction
? Analysing the Quality Issues and taking CAPA.

执行并优化产品导入流程和工程变更
管理产品文档
优化组装过程并降低成本
分析产品质量问题，参与并执行纠偏措施和预防措施 举报 分享
