Job Title: Specialist, Customer Service
Location: Chengdu
Job Purpose: to operate export and import shipment to make sure the customer service quality.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Base in Apple OEM factory to assist CEVA own cargo export and import shipment move in and out.
2. Collection cargo information in advance to help Air team prepare space.
3. Prepare cargo breakdown to CS booking according.
4. Prepare label
5. Check cargo and labelling in OEM warehouse.record seal number when cargo complete loading
6. Monitor cargo still out OEM factory
7. Deal emergency case such as documents issue and customs proble
8. Keep touch with OEM different department to help CEVA carg move out smoothly
9. Designate work for other project
