Job Summary
To provide effective and efficient technical support to CORE Supply and production test, manage and maintain production test platform and technology, lead to support test capability and capacity, proactive to improve test performance on product and test areas
Role & Responsibility:
?Provide test technical support to CORE Supply and production test in production test platform management and maintenance, test capability and capacity development, test performance improvements
?Drive continuous improvement and innovation in test process capability, capacity, and performance in CORE Production/Supply side.
?Instruct and train test technicians on products, test operation and failure handling
?Collaborate with Product Quality Leader, Product Change Leader, Production Test Development on product quality performance monitoring and product change implementation at production test, and production test upgrade, implementation, and verification
Position Qualification
?University degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or equivalent
?Comprehensive understanding of digital Electronics, communication protocols, and telecom CORE network
?A minimum of two years working experience at least in one of following areas such as production test, product verification
?Fluent oral and written communications in both Chinese and English
?Proven good record of accountability, open mind, learning capacity, team working spirit and problem solving attitude
