职位描述：
【工作内容】
1. Work closely with CBPC management to address issues and risks.
2. Review, negotiate, and draft a wide-range of business contracts and legal documents.
3. Draft and update various management policies and procedures.
4. Assess, manage and prevent legal risks associated with business initiatives, new business models and the changing regulatory environment.
5. Manage corporate legal affairs, including but not limited to take meeting minutes of Board Meetings, draft Board related documents, renew business license or certificate and maintain proper filing.
6. Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks.
7. Settlement of disputes, including negotiate along with business team to resolve suppliers disputes and working together with external law firms on arbitration/ litigation matters.
8. Deliver legal and compliance trainings to all CBPC members.

【工作要求】
1. 6-10 years of law firm and/or MNC in-house Legal experience.
2. Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Strong Business Acumen, good at business-oriented compliance advice provision.
4. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
5. Strong communication skills, a positive-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Bottling operations knowledge is preferred.

Law degree from a reputable university
PRC Bar Certificate or In-Process of Bar exam
