DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Customer Account Management is responsible for supporting advancement
of new business opportunities within the existing account. The Account
Manager will review and support opportunities to impact the overall
P&L to advantage the strategic relationship with the customer. The
customer account manager will review the operational performance of the
account across all sites, meeting customer expectations and driving
customer satisfaction.
* Supports finding new business within the existing account
* Collaborates with the GAM/BU on transition plan of new opportunities
to account management
* Monitors all proposals, quotations with the customer
* Monitors and manages profitability, sustainability and opportunities
for improvement within the account
* Long term forecast review
* Short term forecast and actual alignment
* Collaboratively develops, deploys and manages account strategy
* On-going business model/pricing model support
* Understands the customer’s market, trends and potential business
impact as well as the customer does
* Future value creator, continues to look for ways to create value for
the customer and create a competitive advantage for the customer and
for Flex
* Promotes the Flex platform of services and solution offerings to
address customer issues and enable top line growth and bottom line
improvements for both the customer and for Flex
* Strategic alignment with Customer and Flex business direction
* Develops relationship with key decision makers within the customer
organization
* Manages customer expectations and ensures alignment with operation
and supply chain teams
* Support escalation for customer issues, scope changes, quality and
communications management
* Internal communications of customer expectations and contractual
changes and reviews
* QBR participation
* Customer cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with GPM/PMs
