要求：
1、本科学历，若能力强，可适当放宽；
2、熟悉所在区域，工作五年以上，甲方背景；
3、做到管理职位，投资研判能力强，在当地有一定的人脉资源；（是不是外地人不重要，关键是要近5年在当地做过，熟悉当地市场，有当地人脉资源。）（同时具备人脉和投资研判能力最佳）
4、有非招拍挂的住宅项目成功案例。
商业地产、旅游地产、工业地产这些不适合。
项目以“短平快”为主，住宅项目，主要是收购和股权合作的方式。
年薪：基本年薪=固定月薪+住房补贴+车补+年终奖。另外有拿地奖励。固定月薪不超过2W。固定年薪在40W以内。土地奖励比较有吸引力（具体可谈）。
面试流程：外地人选QQ视频面试即可。若涉及到给董事长见的人，会承担机票酒店等费用
