职位描述：
We are looking for a talented, fun, energetic, and enthusiastic Illustrator / Designer to join our best in class creative studio team in Shanghai to provide concepts and render artwork for American Greetings social expression products.
 
You must be a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional design and illustration skills. You thoroughly and passionately embrace design trend research, thrive on working in a variety of techniques and styles, and are a master of both traditional and digital media.
 
In this role, the Illustrator / Designer will combine strong design and illustration ability with a solid understanding design, technology and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for using their creative talent to create design solutions and to bring them to life with amazing art and design. Along with rendering artwork, the Illustrator / Designer will research techniques and design trends, and create / present compelling design solutions in a wide variety of techniques and styles.
 
The ideal candidate will:
 
? Exhibit a collaborative spirit through brainstorming, and communicating with team members in the ideation and development of fresh, new to the world social greeting products.
? Embrace change and thrive on being flexible in the face of ever-evolving industry and corporate climates.
? Clearly communicating ideas. Inversely, they will actively listen to, and build upon, ideas shared by the group.
? Display the ability to create new, original and relevant content while prioritizing multiple projects and timelines.
? Clearly communicate with Art Director and give appropriate status updates.
? Analyze risks and convey concerns to Art Director on individual projects when necessary.
? Take initiative to share any expert knowledge with the team, and actively seek insight and guidance from their peers and managers.
? Remain current on design industry and trends.

? Experience in Illustration, Graphic Design, and production.
? Expert knowledge of design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
Design, or related field of study.
? Portfolio.

? Bachelor's Degree in Illustration, Graphic Design or equivalent experience 举报 分享
