SUMMARY:

Key roles and responsibilities of the Senior Tax Analyst, APAC are:

I. Assist in Transfer Pricing documentation and policy review to ensure that all methodology and documentations are in compliance with local tax laws;

II. Prepare quarterly and year-end tax provision under US GAAP rules;

III.Assist in reviewing the tax returns in the region;

IV. Assist in the tax planning in the region;

V. Assist in the M&A activities in the region;


REQUIREMENTS:

· 3 to 4 years tax experience in a professional accounting firm. One of the big 4 accounting firm is preferred;
· Holding a degree in Accounting or Taxation and possess a CPA or its equivalent qualification is preferable;
· Good understanding and exposure to tax regulations and practices in the region is preferable;
· Problem Solving, detailed-oriented with a high degree of integrity, discretion and customer focus;
· Ability to work as an integral part of the Shared Services team with the capacity to work cooperatively and in partnership with peers;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel, and accounting software systems such as PeopleSoft and Oracle;
· Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills;
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
· Must be organized and methodical in his or her approach to work, and be able to deliver high-quality work under pressure; and
· Must be a quick leaner and fluent in English.
