职位描述：
我司共5台禾隆（新代系统）车床，其中单车3台，车铣复合机2台。
1、根据加工图纸及工艺要求进行编程和机床调试测试；
2、根据产品的特性合理的选择刀具，达到加工工件合格及保护刀具；
3、根据加工图纸及编程数据加工出合格的工件（要求：加工出符合图纸要求的工件，并自检合格）；
4、设计并制作出产品加工所需的夹治具（设计的合理性：力求装夹简单、快速、稳定，并适用于任何普通操作者）；
5、负责机台设备的保养和维护，做好定期检修工作（每周检修一次）；
6、负责现场不良及品质异常的处理，研讨改善方案并进行改进和追踪。
任职要求：
1、三年以上CNC编程及数控车床操控经验，有车铣经验；
2、熟悉加工工艺流程及数控车床的操作；
3、能看懂加工图纸；
4、具备独立从事数控车床的编程、程序调试及操控能力；
5、能按照产品要求，设计出合理的夹治具；
6、熟悉掌握铝、钢、塑胶等材质的加工编程参数。 举报 分享
