Sourcing Engineer

NCAB Group is a Swedish corporation with branches in 13 countries in Europe, USA and Asia with revenue of 135 MEUR. The company was founded in 1993 and is today one of the leading PCB suppliers in the European and USA markets. The main part of our products is produced in China, where we have an organisation in Shenzhen comprising 60 people focusing on Factory Management (FM). We are now looking for a high-energy; results oriented Sourcing Manager (SM) to assume responsibility for managing the sourcing team in FM and identify/develop plenty PCB factories in Asia area to support our business fast growing up.

Job description:

As a Sourcing Engineer, you are responsible for:

1. Be responsible to source new factory based on GF sourcing needs
2. Coordinate whole process from beginning to the end of approving new factory
3. Responsible visit new factory for capability verification, load samples and follow up sample evaluation etc.
4. Responsible new factory pricing negotiation, agreement discussion etc.
5. Keep building and developing factory database, to keep it latest/have more and more factories detail information
6. Market Study of the PCB supply in Asia, Issue market watch report once/quarter to share information within group
7. Other business consigned from sourcing manager

Qualifications:

1 At least 6 years in working experience Sourcing/Procurement/QC in which at least 3 years in quality development position in PCB industrial.
2 Be familiar with PCB manufacturing process is a must, w/ quality complaint handling experience is a plus
3 Preferred to know IPC standards, UL, ROHS and etc.
4 Excellent communication skills, open-minded.
5 Good office computer skill; carefulness characteristics
6 Fluent in both spoken and written English
7 Team work and quick learner
