职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Check incoming customer Gerber data and perform feasibility check for orders (FC3, according to check list)
2. Read in Gerber data manually and with Integr8tor to ensure that data is readable by CML used system
3. Provide the Engineering data to CQA team in handling customer claims if necessary
4. Review new customer specifications and discuss with relevant CML technical and quality teams worldwide
5. Review and submit all relevant data and reports for NPD/ECN orders (PPAP, VDA, OGR initial samples)
6. Work with respective suppliers to receive product reports (for NPD/ECN orders) in time

Job Requirements:
A. Competencies & Skills:
1. Profound knowledge of rigid PCBs and other high technologies such as flex/ flex-rigid/ HDI/ IMS PCB, including the manufacturing process
2. Familiar with International standards such as IPC, TS16949, VDA etc.
3. Able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment
4. Excellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, UCAM is a must
5. Excellent command in spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
B. Education & Work Experience:
1. University degree in Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 3 years PCB manufacturing experience, preferred quality background
3. Solid experience in MI & EQ preparation is of advantage 举报 分享
