Key Accountabilities
？ You will be RF manager’s partner and help on the Project development that help for the Design, RF Development management, New technology introducing, Ect.
？ You will also have the chance with all RF team members to stand at the edge wireless communication technology as we did.
？ You will also keep to use the latest chipsets which use the edge process and technology also.
？ You will growth with RF team for both RF skills and also communication, and lead ship/management.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies
？ Familiar with the GSM/EDGE/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE wireless technology.
？ Familiar with the 3GPP specification for each mode of the item 1.
？ Familiar with the RF system design for both Tx and Rx.
？ Familiar with the RF interaction from system design’s perspective.
？ Knows how to design the tests to find out the root cause of the issues and then have the correction actions.
？ Knows the RF development process.
？ Good RF matching skill.
？ Familiar with the RF Equipment, such as Call Box tester, Spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer,…
？ Familiar with the Key RF components such as PA/Duplexer/Switch/SAW, and knows how to read the key performance.
？ Good team work capability and high execution are required.

Desired Education, Experience and Competencies
？ Electronic technique or wireless communication related background is preferred.
？ Good English communication skill.
？ RF project management skill is preferred.
？ RF development based on Qualcomm’s chipsets are preferred. 举报 分享
