Responsibility:
- Develop internal costing control policy and procedure for the plant; perform and enhance internal control across the plant, ensure that the practices are compliant with corporate policy
- Prepare all costing and financial reports including costing analysis at plant level for senior management. (standard costs vs. quotation costs vs. actual costs), variance analysis between actual and standard
- Standard cost enhancement in SAP system
- Cost and Inventory control: Work closely with Operation departments (production, Warehouse, Purchasing) to drive for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, working capital improvement
- Process Owner: review and enhance all the operation processes in relation to costing. Initiate cross- department action plan to ensure the proper execution of the SOP
- Support GL team for accounting month end closing and company consolidation
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting or Engineering
- 8 years costing experience with multinational manufacturing company, 3 years cost control and management experience
- Familiar with process control and business control of manufacturing in a systematic manner
- Full set accounting and consolidation experience
- Hands-on experience of SAP
- Good command of written and oral English
