职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the brand operation on Social Media Channels, promote the products and web site to overseas markets, establish Brand Awareness and Public Praise to drive traffic and raise the sales of the website.
2. Writing oversea marketing copy and event planning copy independently, responsible for checking all oversea marketing copy and product copy, evaluating and analyzing the keywords of website, promoting the search ranking for the keywords of website.
3. Responsible for event planning and marketing documents writing, running the documents to social channels, to improve the exposure rate and liveness. Getting in touch with active users in the forum and building a solid connection with them.
4. Monitoring the operation of oversea promotion strategy, planning the outside station events, publishing original works and cohering internet popularity. Tracing and analyzing the incoming SEO flow & ranking for the related keywords, in order to generate the phased data report and subsequent optimization planning.
5. Monitoring the marketing team’s work on Facebook, Pinterest , twitter, Instagram, blogs and foreign forum.
6. Continuously monitoring, measuring and reporting social media activities, trends, campaign results and fan engagement. Analyzing the sales data, trends, exposure rate and customer behaviors.
7. Continuously collecting and sorting the chained address and media resource (including network influncer and platform) then report to the CEO.

Qualifications
1. Native English/Germany speakers, accessible to browse foreign web site.
2. Familiar with Social Media Channels abroad and cyber language. Familiar with more than three kinds of marketing tools such as YouTube、Facebook，Slickdeals、Pinterest、Instagram、HotUKdeals、Blogs and famous evaluation forum.
3. More than two years working experiences in SEO oversea marketing; acting as an experienced copy writer and planner for marketing activities out of the station.
4. Knowledge about marketing and optimization for outside station keywords and data analysis&statistic.

公司薪资福利待遇：
一、工作制度：
  1、大小周工作制（大周工作6天，小周工作5天），每天8小时；
  2、上班时间：上午：9:00-12:30，下午14:00-18:30；
（备注：早上上班时间为弹性时间，9：00至9：15均不算迟到，给与充分的路途时间，晚到的自觉延迟下班时间）
二、薪酬体系：
1、提供富有竞争性的薪酬体系（底薪+餐补+提成/绩效奖金）；
