职位描述：
工作职责
1．领导产品新项目开发，分析和确认产品规范；
Take lead for the new product or project development, analyze and validate product specifications.
2．确保与LTS对新产品导入的高效沟通；
Ensure efficient communication with LTS for new products introduction.
3．从技术上协调新产品的导入，如产品包装等；
Coordinate technically new product introduction, including fulfillment and packaging.
4．建立、更新产品BOM；
Create and update product BOM
5．准备及完成新产品的Pre-prod工作
Prepare and organize Pre-prod of new product
6．跟进新产品的首次生产；
Follow up the first order for new product
7．配合订单管理部完成新产品生产计划；
Support OME to fulfill production schedule for new product
8．解决产品生产中发现的相关技术问题，及时准确报告解决不了的问题并跟进直到解决；
Troubleshoot any technical issues during mass production. Report and follow up issue to support team until it solved.
9．外包单位的项目安装和生产支持;
Projects installation and production support in sub-contractors.
10. 收集或撰写有关技术文档；
Collect or prepare associated technical documents for production, procurement and NPI record etc.
11. 统计新产品导入首次通过率和所需时间
Follow Dept KPI: BAP lead time and Right First Time.
12. 关键信息/数据的安全保护
Be aware of Security protection for sensitive information/data.

任职资格
教育背景 Education Background
本科或以上学历, 计算机或自动控制专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or automation engineering.

工作经验 Working Experience
2年以上的电子、微电子或计算机行业测试工程师、产品工程师或项目工程师工作经验
At least 2 years relevant experiences or above as test engineer, product engineer or project engineer in electronic or micro-electronic or computer industry
有智能卡制造行业工作经验更佳
Has work experiences in smart card manufacturing is preferred
