工作职责:
1. 客户关系管理:
1) 通过组织市场公关活动等形式,实时维护客户关系,了解客户需求;
2) 进行法律市场及指定行业调研,熟悉法律行业各业务领域动态,并撰写趋势分析报告;
2. 业务开发:
1) 协助撰写项目建议书等竞标材料中的非法律专业内容(中/英文);
2) 开发主要的市场资料,例如宣传册和信息表。
3. 品牌营销:
1) 配合品牌管理团队并落实品牌战略;
2) 协助业务部门完成对外品牌宣传、市场活动的执行。
职位要求:
1. 正规院校本科以上学历,市场营销、数据分析、商业或其他相关专业,了解法律行业者优先;
2. 具有英语国家或地区工作或学习经历;
3. 一年以上工作经验,经验较少或较丰富将视情况调整为业务开发助理或业务开发高级专员;
4. 拥有CRM/业务开发(包括投标书和介绍文件)的优秀业绩,对营销理念有深刻了解;
5. 具有数据处理或市场调研能力,能够分析趋势并撰写调研报告;
6. 具有团队精神,能够与同事积极协作配合;
7. 具有杰出的中英文书面表达能力,能熟练与国外分支结构团队进行电话、邮件沟通,并擅长起草各种业务介绍,并熟悉法律行业各业务领域动态;
8. 精通各种办公软件的使用技巧,特别是PowerPoint, Excel等;

Business Development Specialist (BDS)
I. Position Summary
Support the firm’s business and client development strategies in the Shenzhen Office.
This will be achieved through comprehensive business planning, insightful market research and analysis, superior responses to tenders and ad hoc pitch requests, dynamic marketing materials, innovative and well-coordinated business development campaigns, as well as client planning, research and support. The successful candidate will engage effectively with the Managing Partner of the Shenzhen Office as well as with the Partners generally and the broader China Marketing and BD Team.

II. Key Accountabilities
i. Client Relationship Management
(a)Assist in the research, drafting and implementation of client action plans and client account management.
(b)Support Client Relationship Partners on the implementation of their client relationship program designed to develop relationships and work opportunities.
(c)Proactively identify potential opportunities and look for ways to bring more of KWM’s capabilities to clients, both inside China and internationally.
ii. Practice Development / New Business
(a)Lead the development of capability statements (with limited supervision), including researching, English and Chinese drafting, and coordinating information and project management.
(b)Provide support for and drafting tender responses.
(c)Owning the process of identifying key data and preparation of information for legal directories, league tables, surveys and awards.
(d)Developing key marketing materials such as brochures and information sheets.(5)Maintaining all marketing collateral ensuring deal lists and awards remain up-to-date.
(e)Coordinate meetings, including assisting with the development of meeting agendas and minutes, and following up agreed actions.
(f)Assist with translation requirements for BD initiatives.
iii. Integrated Marketing Campaigns / Brand Marketing
(a)Assisting with new business development campaigns and initiatives including sourcing and analysing market data to identify trends and opportunities.
(b)Work closely with the Business Development Managers and Media team on initiatives to raise the profile of the China practice teams’ capability and expertise.
(c)Liaise with other marketing specialists (ie events, communications) and other key shared services personnel, including globally, to help execute BD initiatives.

(c)Heads of Practice Group / Sector Group, Client Relationship Partners and Managing Partners

IV. Performance Indicators
(a)Delivering on responsibilities as set out in practice group and sector business plans. Project managing and delivering high quality tender and pitch documents against deadlines (without exception)
(b)Responding to requests and delivering against deadlines.
(c)Working effectively with peers in Beijing and the broader Business Development & Marketing team
(d)Development and delivery of ideas to raise the firm’s profile and deepen client and key stakeholder relationships
(e)Development of strong working relationships with partners and lawyers as evidenced by feedback from same
(f)Willingness to take on new responsibilities to support the firm’s strategy in Practice Groups and Sector Areas.

V. Qualifications and Knowledge (Essential)
(a)A Bachelor Degree (or Master Degree) is required, ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics, Commerce, Law, though with relevant experience other disciplines are acceptable.
(b)Experience in working or studying in English speaking countries or regions.
(c)1 - 2 years post-qualification marketing or law experience, those with less or much more experience will be considered as Business Development Assistant or Senior Business Development Specialist.

(d)Ability to produce high quality written communications.
(e)Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, and deliver against deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
(f)Ability to undertake complex research tasks and apply strong analytical skills.
(g)Ability to project-manage and draft tenders and submissions.
