Who We Are
Mohawk Group is a brand incubator, using the power of artificial intelligence to bring the best consumer products to market on e-commerce platforms.

As a member of an extremely creative, talented and motivated team, you’ll work closely with teams in Shenzhen and New York to manage logistics shipments from China to numerous overseas markets by sea and air. You will contact and coordinate shipments with suppliers, solve problems and achieve highly cost effective logistics solutions.


What You’ll be Doing:

Managing daily container shipments from factories to overseas markets
Tracking and updating shipments in ERP systems
Submitting new shipping RFQs
Reporting and analyzing shipping performance
Checking paperwork and training suppliers accordingly
Developing strong relationships with supply-chain stakeholders and creating effective solutions to make a world-class system
Communicating status and resolving issues with New York team on a daily basis by phone, video and message
Setting up warehousing solutions

Qualifications:

Signification experience in logistics industry
Has worked in foreign-invested companies
Advanced English, especially oral
Meticulous attention to detail and never-fail attitude
Strong track record of reliable logistics services
Highly organized
Systematic and able to understand complex sets of data
