Senior Specialist Production Control

Corporate Division IT
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• Provide stable, reliable, efficent systems and processes to enable Production business processes


• Perfom the IT operations management of the IPS-L system, IPS-C system and related systems

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operations of IPS-L, IPS-C and related systems by achieving the SLA KPIs


• Achieve the KPI targets for IPS-L system and IPS-C system


• Develop and improve the efficency and effectiveness of IT support by performing IT projects and continuous improvement


• Support business to achieve their targets by implementing projects successfully in means of start-up management


• Manage internal and external associates in means of optimize continuous improvement


• Run and improve a standardized Incidentmanagement process (IM)


• Run and improve a standardized Changemanagement process (CM)


• Run and improve a standardized Problemmanagement process


• Run and improve a standardized IT-Service Continuity process

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience

• Proficient in IPS-L system and IPS-C system


• UNIX shellscript or other relevant programming basic know how


• Experience on IPS-L system and IPS-C system support


• Experience in IT project management


• Experience in IPS-L system and IPS-C system implementation and change request realization


• Knowledge of key business process in one or more area like: Logistics, Assembly, Other production


• Service and System delivery using a recognized methodology (e.g. ITPM, ITIL)


• Application support and help desk processes


• Adherence and development of IT processes that ensure co-ordination and control


• Know ERP, SCM and related system principle


• Intercultural competence, service minded, analysing. Disciplined, positive, well communication skill


• Proficient English, German would be an advantage


• Strong communication skills and willingness in communication


• Team working spirit


• Leadership skills


• Working under high pressure, willing to work outside office hours and on call duty


• Service oriented


• Minimum of five years experience in production system implementation and support


• In addition, two years experience in Manufacturing, Logistic, Production and Siemens S7relevant business or relevant IT systems development or management is highly desirable. Production Consultant experience is plus
