Job Summary:
Wilton Brands is a craft and celebration leader, where great people deliver innovative products and exceptional customer service. The position of Quality Technician reports to the Quality Engineer or Customer Quality Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Conduct Daily inspection
? Daily report to Quality Engineer or Customer Quality Engineer and other related team after finish inspection.
? Support QE or CQE to perform process audit and product audit when necessary and issue audit result to related teams.
? Support QE or CQE for quality incidents resolving and follow CPAR until its completion.
? Weekly inspection report to QE or CQE.
? Other task assigned by QE or CQE
Knowledge, skills and abilities
? Detailed understanding of World Class Quality Management principles and their application within complex industrial environment.
? High degree of initiative, accountability and ability to work with minimal instruction.
? Strong Teamwork / Interpersonal skills and possess desire to succeed.
? Change management and control skills.
? General analytical and problem solving ability.
? Excellent written and reading communication in English are required.
? Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
Education and/or experience
? Two-year college diploma or above.
? Above 3 years related experience and/or training/ or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
? Solid work experience on mechanical design / quality / engineering discipline.
? Quality Management in a Manufacturing/Engineered Product environment.
? Interfacing and collaborating with suppliers and customers.
? Proven track record of quality improvements in industrial environments.
