职位描述：

For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(CV)Process Support Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Performing on-site P41 SAP support end users and key users for questions and problems as super User

2.Performing PATIS, ASM Software 1st level support

3.Continuing to Maintain and Optimize the current IT solution and process with the support from HQ in CV ME ERL

4.Responsible for creating the reports for our operation management for both SZN and ERL, which are proxy each other

5.Support for the routine time calculation

6.Actively involving and even lead the projects for IT Solution in CV ME SZN

7.Train local user community and key Users for new processes and major business changes and ensure continuous training post-go-live

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Work Exprience:

3-5 years experience in related field (e.g. SAP, PATIS or other related Software), and lean knowledge background is highly preferred

Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience:

1.Broad knowledge of the SAP supported business processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Warehouse)

2.Knowledge about SCM related IT tools , e.g. PATIS, ASM Software

Knowledge about the value flow in SAP and FI/CO related processes

3.Strong EMS factory background is preferred

4.Knowledge and capability of MS Office and Web applications required.

5.Strong communications skills and intercultural competence

6.Ability to analyze problems and think outside the box
