职位描述：
1、 Lead eletro-mechanical design improvement.
2、 Lead technical implementation of complex devices in the day to day development process.
3、 Ensure the fast prototyping of new/modified products of new applied technologies for the company
4、 Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
5、 Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between assigned development staff and project manager.
6、 Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the assigned project.
7、 Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
8、 Lead technical definition of NEW product proposal and where require on New product Industrialization process Proposal
9、 Support in Product/Process quote preparation during Business proposal

Requirement:
Education: University degree in engineering (electronic or mechanical are preferred)

Experience:
Min 10 years in well structured research and development organizations of global companies producing small appliance, electrical and or mechanical household devices 举报 分享
