职位描述：
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
-Inventory Process leadership position for TTM’s E-MS BU (Business Unit)
-Provide direction, and expertise for our site SCM, Operations, and Program Management teams; to drive continuous improvement of our inventory and working capital performance
-Position combines; 1) willingness to work hands on with both the data and working teams, while 2) demonstrating material planning expertise, along with 3) cross—functional leadership ability


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Champion the implementation of Inventory Management best practices across the 3 manufacturing sites in the E-MS BU (business unit)
-Drive a reduction in the overall inventory, ITO (inventory turn-over) and E&O (excess & obsolete) results
-Coordinate ITO reporting with the sites at a site and Business Unit level
-Drive and chair the regular BU level Inventory reviews, with priority on major high impact accounts
-Coordinate E&O reporting with sites, and help drive recovery process with Program Management team
-Facilitate BU Inventory policies and best practices across all the site in the business unit
-Champion the implementation of common practices (and best) across the 3 manufacturing sites
-Drive a reduction in the overall inventory and E&O risk

Dimensions / Scope
-Cross-functional leader for driving the Inventory results for 3 E-MS sites
-Reporting to BU Head of supply Chain (Kevin Beveridge), and dotted line to Unit Head of Program -Management (Jerry Porter), with occasional direction from site GMs on priorities.
-Optimize Inventory levels for major accounts and achieve alignment with bid assumptions
Publication of performance through KPI’s and reports
-Produce plans to improve ITO and E&O improvements at a Unit Level
-Highlight and drive future “out-of-control” situations to Unit leadership, including recommended action plans
-Ability to leverage site level SCM and Operations leadership, while simultaneously driving overall unit Inventory performance

Interaction / Relationship
-Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills
-Interface with Global network of Program Management staff, Planners, SCM professionals, representing 3 sites, driving inventory strategies to achieve the BU ITO objectives
-Coordinate with SCM and Program Management teams for E&O recoveries
-Interface with Unit executives to report on results, drive compliance, and drive customer recoveries on a timely basis

Leadership & Influence (For managerial level)
-Capable of developing and driving Inventory strategy for the entire BU, while ensuring site teams still own the ITO deliverables
-Ability to co-ordinate the global PM and SCM networks to support the Unit ITO objectives
On-going reviews of site Forecast & Planning process as well as S&OP processes, and driving best practices
-Monitor and highlight Inventory related risks to senior management
-Maintain a highest ethical standard and preserve business professional and justice.
-Drive continuous improvement

Education, Qualification and training
-University degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Planning & Control, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
-MBA or equivalent Master Degree will be an advantage

Experience or skills required
-Minimum 7-10 years proven experience in Material Management leadership roles
-Experience and exposure in multinational firms and EMS industry highly desirable
-Knowledge in ERP and familiar with MS Office
-APICS, BIPCS, or SIPS qualified or equivalent would be desirable
- Strong communication skills
-Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; Proficient in both oral and written English is a MUST.
-Hands on experience with a range of ERP platforms, Oracle experience preferred
-Ability to prioritize high impact issues from low impact issues
Ability to travel 25- 40% of the time

-Monthly report of the ITO results, and E&O Exposures by sites
