销售经理(展会业务)Sales manager (exhibition business)

 工作职责:
1.开拓新市场,挖掘新客户,以满足公司展会业务不断发展的需要;
2.配合公司展会项目的规划,分析销售动态、核算销售成本、制定并完成销售计划。
3.维护公司以往客?户的良好合作关系,并进一步发掘合作机会;
4.与国内外客户密切沟通、拜访,掌握客户需求的推广内容、方式和时间,提供公司新项目的建议/销售线索。
5.负责所辖项目信息的收集、客户数据库的实时更新等,并及时做好相关工作汇报;
6.对竞争对手进行信息监测,并对公司的销售策略或手段进行策划和创新。
7.提供良好的客户服务,协调客户及公司各职能部门之间的关系;
8.负责及时高效地处理会展运作过程中出现的各类问题;
9.完成公司领导交办的其它日常事项

Job Description:
1.Explore new market, develop new customers, to meet the needs of the development of exhibition business constantly;
2.With the planning of exhibition project, analyzing the sales, cost of sales, accounting dynamic formulated and complete the sales plan.
3.Maintain the cooperation relations with customer and explore the further cooperation opportunity;
4.By close communication with customers both domestic and abroad, to get the promotion content, time and method from customer, provide the company new project proposal/sales leads.
5.Responsible for project and information collection, the customer database updates, and completes promptly related work report;
6.Monitoring the information of competitors, and complete the planning and innovation for company's sales strategy and method.
7.Provide good customer service, coordinate the relationship with customers and the functional departments of company;
8.Responsible for deal with the various problems that occurred in the exhibitions timely and efficiently;
9.Handling other daily routine matters in company
 
岗位要求:
1.大学本科或以上学历,市场营销或展会相关专业;
2.三年以上销售行业工作经验,具有展会,旅游,酒店或服务行业者优先
3.具有敏感的商业意识,强烈的市场开拓欲望和沟通洽商能力。
4.具有良好的客户沟通,关系管理能力,有比较好的亲和力。
5.既能独立工作和解决问题,又善于团队合作,认同公司的企业文化。
6.学习与适应能力强,具备一定的策划、创新能力
7.英语6级以上,流利的中英文口语及写作能力,并会讲广东话者优先
8.国外工作,留学经验优先,国外人员及港澳台人员均可,公司可为你们办理工作许可
9.熟练的办公软件应用能力
 
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or exhibitions;
2.Three years sales experience, Have experience in exhibition, travel, hotel or customer service is preferred;
3.Have sensitive business sense, strong market development desire and the ability of communication.
4.Have good communication and relationship management ability, good affinity.
5.Can work independently and solving problems, and good at team work, agree with the company of the enterprise culture.
6.strong learning and adaption ability, have a certain planning, the innovation ability
7.English level 6 or above, good oral and written in both Chinese and English, speak Cantonese is preferred.
8.Having the experience of Working/studying abroad is preferred; foreigner, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwanese are preferred; the company can help you to apply for the work permission.
