Assist GM on daily business operation; Meeting arrangement and project follow-up; Create itinerary for GM’s business trip and appointment with customers; Help GM to keep good relationship with government and key stakeholders.
协助总经理开展日常工作,合理安排各种会议;有效跟进项目的实施;制定总经理的出差行程及客户拜访日程;协助总经理处理公司与政府、重要客户等外部公共关系
Key Responsibilities:
主要职责:
Arrange daily schedule and work plan for GM
协助总经理合理安排每天的日常安排及工作计划
Assist GM to arrange all kinds of meetings, prepare related materials, make meeting minutes, and provide conference reception
统筹安排各类会议、准备资料、会议记录以及会议接待工作
Assist GM on daily reception, correspondence processing and routine report preparation
协助总经理的日常接待,函件的处理以及日常工作报告的准备工作
Assist GM to deal with external public relations with the government and key stakeholders
协助总经理处理公司与政府、重要客户等外部公共关系
Consolidate projects initiated by all department heads and help GM arrange weekly management meeting to update project progress and results
归整各部门提出的计划,协助总经理完成每周的经理会议,更新计划进展和结果
Help GM to create itinerary for business trips and appointments with customers; Book air ticket & hotel and reimburse travel expenses
协助总经理制定出差行程及与客人的会面;预定机票和酒店及费用报销
Assist GM on document sorting, classifying and filling
协助总经理进行文件资料整理,分类和归档等工作
Prepare and collect relevant information based on GM’s request and needs
根据总经理的需要和要求,准备和收集各种相关资料
Keep confidentiality on GM’s each work
做好总经理各项事务的保密工作
Handle temporary works or other tasks assigned by GM
处理总经理临时交办的工作或其他事务
Selection Criteria:

Familiar with secretarial and administration works
熟悉文秘及行政等相关工作
Excellent and effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
优秀和高效的沟通,组织和人际交往能力
Patient, efficient and detailed oriented

Flexible and be able to work under pressure
灵活,适应性强,并能承受工作压力
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
熟练应用办公室软件,如Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
Bachelor or above degree is required
本科或以上学历
At least 3 years or above secretary working experience; Experience in overseas study is a preference
三年以上秘书相关工作经验; 有海外留学背景的优先考虑
Fluent verbal and written English
流利的英语口语和写作
Other than above roles, job holder should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager from time to time.
除上述工作职责外,员工需遵循由直属经理作指派的任何工作内容和任务。
