职位描述：

岗位要求(由深圳市神州动力数码有限公司外包)：

1、计算机相关专业大专及以上毕业；

2、计算机软硬件故障处理与维护，针对问题能够迅速处理；

3、能处理AutodeskCAD等专业软件问题，针对问题能够迅速处理；

4、会对计算机加域、退域及期间出现的一般故障处理。

5、PE方式安装XP、Win7、Win10操作系统，熟悉备份操作系统；

6、一般WEB界面路由器的维护管理；

7、熟练应用各类防病毒软件，熟悉客户端系统安全知识，具备网络故障处理的能力；

8、熟悉LAN、WAN、端口映射和VPN，具备一般局域网络以及管理网络的能力；

9、掌握一般外设的操作，如连接打印机、扫描仪及一般故障判断；

10、熟悉NTFS文件权限管理，了解AD域控帐号的管理；

11、注重服务意识，责任心强，有进取心，学习能力强，具有团队协作精神；

12、具有从事IT外包服务行业经验者优先考虑。

岗位职责：

1、通过电话、远程、现场的形式提供IT技术支持服务。

2、对需求部门的问题提供解决方案或方法。

3、根据公司规定执行工作计划，完成领导安排的工作任务。

4、针对运维情况定期提供运维报表，并通过报表分析存在问题和提出解决方案。

工作地点：深圳市南山区文心五路滨海之窗办公楼

工作时间：5*8工作制，法定节假日按国家规定执行
