Description:
? Focus on local marketing work, responsible for Semtech TVS business development

Essential duties:
? Responsible for TVS business development
? Field market survey and analysis for different markets, work out penetrate strategy
? Competitive analysis for TVS products in different applications, keep updating
? Work with sales team and distributors to dig out new opportunities, drive DW happen
? Collect new product ideas and work with FAE/sales to create NPI
? Identify value of Semtech TVS in different opportunities and bring them to customers and distributors

Job requirement:
? BSEE/MSEE with 5+/3+ years of work experience in semiconductor or related electronics distribution industry, Semiconductor major in top 10 university/IC design experience / Automotive or Telecom work experience is preferred
? Strong technical background, knowledge with analog/Mixed Signal Semiconductors,
Design/FAE experience in analog IC and circuit protection products is preferred
? Good communication and presentation skills, be able to deliver professional messages.
? Excellent logical thinking and sensitive to opportunities
? Strong team player but capable of work independently
? Be creative and willing to challenge new things, new business mode
? Good English spoken and written skills
