职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
Development of new designs/process, and/or material, utilizing technical skills and design creativity. Preparation and implementation of complete design packages.
Project leader coordinating activities required in the development and implementation of technical programs

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Below duties/responsibilities are essential. Other duties/responsibilities can and will be assigned by the supervisor
1.Develop new product and part design, redesign of current products and parts, including completion of product specifications, drawings and loading of BOM’s specifications into company Kingdee system.
2.Evaluates new material and processes. Prepares engineering specifications and outlines inspection/reliability tests covering these materials and processes.
3.Recommends proper rework and corrective measures to be taken on current engineering and/or manufacturing procedures.
4.Analyzes and documents cause of heater or assembly failures and recommends revision in engineering and/or manufacturing procedures(failure analysis responsibility)
5.Establisher and documents limits for heater design through engineering theory, calculations, testing and evaluation.
6.Interface with other departments, suppliers, and customers.
7.Project leadership, responsibilities as lead engineer on projects consisting of material cost reductions, line extension product implementation, and new product development, Coordinates engineering activities concerned with the scheduling, technical development, and implementation of projects.
8.Identification of new potential products together with our sales team, and implement such products together with technical staff at Backer HTS.
9.Understanding and experience with heating product technical standards and approvals (IEC, UL, CQC etc.).
10.Person must have strong personality with a wide technical knowledge who takes ownership of projects.
11.Through careful planning is able to run-and successfully implement projects according to agreed time schedule
12.Assists in the training of new Associate or Product engineers

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
?Must - Technical University degree as Mechanical -or Electrical Engineer.

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
?Must - At least 5 years Engineer working experience and minimum 2 years’ experience with development of white goods appliance products or heating element industry.
?Must - Documented success from previous industrial projects.
?Must - Fluent in written English
?Nice - Good on oral English
?Must - Good command AutoCAD/Pro-e drawing skills
?Must - Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker as well as friendly, open and looking forward to new challenges.
?Must - Capable to join an international environment
?Must - Mature, credible and comfortable dealing with all level of the organization.
?Nice - Experience working within an international environment
?Nice - With PMP certificate.
