职位描述：
法国品牌花茶果茶茶叶精品店
岗位职责：
1、接待顾客的咨询，以将心比心的态度去了解顾客的需求；
2、熟悉品牌背景及历史、明白所有产品的特性与功效；
3、记得客人姓名及喜好，懂得培养客情；
4、无需刻意达成销售；
5、负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、账目核对等工作，按规定完成各项销售统计工作；
6、完成商品的来货验收、上架陈列必需按公司安排的位置方向摆放、补货、退货、防损等日常营业工作；
7、准时上班，无时无刻做好所负责区域的卫生清洁工作；
8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格：
1、高中以上学历；
2、有相关工作经验者优先；
3、懂英语者优先；
4、殷勤有礼，具有较强的沟通能力及服务意识，做事不计较；
5、年龄18-35岁，身体健康。

职位待遇：
1、底薪3,800元；
2、每月额外200元勤工奖；
3、一切本地劳工法定假期之外，另加额外福利有薪假期；
3、销售提成（懂英语待更高）；
4、每季度达成个人销售任务奖金；
5、每季度达成店销售目标的奖金。

工作时间：每周工作6天
