Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. 处理公司日常行政事务；
Administrative affairs Management, Daily work Assignment, Supervision and Adjustment;
2. 负责项目组日常文件管理，包括复印、文字处理、编辑、分类、检索、存档保存；
Responsible for daily project group file management according to the system requirements, including word processing , copying, editing, classification, retrieval, archive;
3. 负责项目雇员办理入境手续和动复员交通、陆地住宿和倒班计划安排；
Coordinate for Project Mobilization &Demobilization, Set up and update the Crew Change plan;
4. 组织和管理项目团队负责的岗位安全工作安排(住宿、交通)
Organization and management of the project team responsible for the post security work(accommodation, car arrangement)
5. 制定并及时更新项目雇员倒班计划和动态；
Visa and Work Permit application in China (onshore& offshore).Evaluate
6. 外籍雇员在华工作签证办理；
Arrange foreign employees working visa in China;
7. 与客户对接的外联工作以及到工作场地进行现场事务协调；
Communications with customers and docking site coordination work and to the work sites;
8. 项目雇员工作应急处理；
Develop and implement control protocol for logistic service process;
9. 负责项目对接客户维护与回访，文件整理；
Participate in team strategy planning and contribute organizational capability parameters;
10. 完成上级交办的其他业务。
Coordinate work with other department

Remarks:

1. Zhuhai company to provide work lunch, centralized bus ride;
2. Project Coordinator into the project by the project group after consecutive weekly examination, examination unqualified or within one month of 2 failed the examination, the project group has the right to require the replacement of personnel.
