职位描述：
Overall Purpose of the Role：
The Analyst, Financial Accounting is responsible for performing payment related to the functions of General Accounting, Cash & Banking processes. Provide analysis and subject matter expertise to drive process improvements for payment process. The Analyst is expected to have strong accounting technical knowledge and prior general ledger experience. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager with General accounting team.

Areas of Responsibility：
? Prepare payment proposal on due and release payments for JP market on regular basis
? Perform emergency payment on time as request
? Prepare and/or review payment result and clear outgoing cash payments timely
? Monitor bank balance on time to make sure bank account have sufficient balance to cover regular payment
? Assistance in banking and treasury matters
? Cash collection journal posting on weekly basis
? Establish strong working relationships with LOB & Market Finance teams and bank side.
? Support external and internal audits
? Assist team leader to do project inquiry/testing/analysis

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required：
? Effective communication skill both in Japanese and English
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related major
? 1-2 years General Accounting, Cash & Banking, preferably with a large-scale, multi-national employer or 1 year experience working in a shared services environment.
? Open opportunity to fresh graduates with high motivation and learning capability
? Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access
? SAP knowledge is plus
