Responsibilities:
? Plan, lead, develop and execute HR strategies to fulfill the HR role and mission with consultation with the Management
? Supervise a group of HR staffs to fulfill the HR functions
? Ensure HR administration and payroll is done accurately and timely
? In charge of all recruitment needs and actively involved in manpower planning
? Plan and fulfill the learning, training and development needs of the Company
? Review of HR policies and procedures to align with existing regulations and ensure full compliance
? Facilitate performance management and encourage staffs’ engagement
Requirements:
? At least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR related
? Minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial capacity and in manufacturing industry
? Familiar with China’s and Suzhou’s region labor policies and regulations
? Experience in handling office relocation in China is an added advantage
