Job Functions:
- Material planning and planning system update for on time in full shipments；
- Regular meetings with vendors for capacity follow and for on time in full delivery performance；
- Reporting to Vestel Turkey office about suppliers capacities and capabilities；
- KPI meetings with suppliers, and KPI follow；
- Urgent shipment and materials follow with suppliers；
- New materials production plan follow at Supplier for on time delivery. Quality and R&D team coordination for on time production；
- Training of suppliers for Vestel Supply Chain adaptation；
- Packing and shipment optimization follow with suppliers；
- Supplier lead time improvement；
- 3PL partners operation follow for urgent shipments；
- Side visit to 3PL warehouses
Requirements:
- BS Degree on Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- Located in Huizhou and Shenzhen
- Speaking Korean preferred
- 5+ years working experience in Supply Chain Management, 3+ years Overseas Supply Chain
- Familiar with manufacturing & operational process & logistic management for China and International & Custom Clearance Operations & 3PL Management
- Familiar with production planning and supplier management,
- Familiar with KPI reports preparation and evaluation,
- Good verbal and written English & Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and MS Project or similar one for preparing project schedule)
- Business travel is required in China, to Taiwan, to Korea, to Turkey
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to be creative and innovative.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, flexible and easily adaptable to change.
