2. Good knowledge of PFMEA, APQP, Microsoft Office package
3. Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis
4. Knowledge of continuous improvements, 5S
5. Understand technical drawings
6. Manage the risk assessment
7. Supplier/ quality management
8. Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and other VDA standards as a plus
