【工作内容】
（1）Food Service Team
? Capable to prepare syrup, liquid, powder beverage in the lab and Pilot Plan
? Be skilled at beverage lab/pilot equipment operation to daily support sample preparation and analysis.
? Conduct Food service related equipment operation and test, record data (FCB/ Fountain/FUB/ Hotpoint, etc.)
? Food service Equipment cleaning and maintenance
? Lab operation for the sample preparation with designed formula, labeling and shipment.
? Tasting sample preparation for internal evaluation, TCR test (acceptance, double triangle and DOD)
? Perform routine analysis, record data/results from analyses or experiments in notebook
? Manage documentation and records in order to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable.
? Maintain lab and storage room clean and tidy, and manage the storage of ingredients/products sample.
? Trained panel for the internal sensory test
（2）Juice Team
? Preparation of beverage base or juice products by using equipment of the pilot plant and product development lab, such as balance, pumps, fillers, capers or any other equipment needed. Strictly follow the GMP and SOP procedure.
? Conduct analytical tests and taste tests according to standardized measure method & sensory guidelines.
? Arrange the sample preparation, storage & shipment accordingly.
? Record results and observations in notebook with accurate, completed information.
? Maintain files and records, and promptly report the experimental result to food scientist.
? Maintain the lab/storage clean & tidy, manage the storage room/lab are to make sure lab operation compliance.
? Ensure priorities are handled effectively by modifying plans and actions in your own area of accountability.
? Good communication with R&D cross-functional team members, admins.
