1 Manage the allocated sales team.
管理分配销售团队。
2 Performs or coordinates all sales activities in accordance with overall corporate business strategy. Maintain adherence to company directions and approval matrix.

3 Conduct and implement the business development procedures and other relevant procedures; suggest continuous improvement to current work process and overall business activities/procedures as appropriate.

4 Support Department Managers in client relationship development and opportunity positioning process by optimize the cost. Promote the company by implementing different methodologies.

5 Participate in opportunity and potential project pursuit from initial screening to contract closure. Consult and align with the company functions throughout the sales pursuit.

6 Develop and maintain customer relationship with the existing and potential clients, foster positive client relations on ongoing projects. Coordinate client’s contacts with other company functions, assuring that a consistent corporate approach is taken. Maintain contact with prospective clients through sales visits, calls, letters, and other means to assure the company is aware of and considered for planned project work and that any major current issues are highlighted for corrective action to be taken. Facilitate client visiting, conduct necessary preparation to support the visiting.

7 Cooperate internally and externally to complete the pre-qualification or qualification process organized by the clients.

8 Lead the bidding process of the potential projects, internally organize bidding relevant activities across functions and externally communicate with the client during the process. Maintains an awareness of the status of client proposal evaluations and acceptance.

9 Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and make commercial recommendations, coordinate with proposal manager to complete the proposal, deliver proposal package by complying with required procedure and following up with any necessary sales activities.

10 Participate and contribute during contract negotiations. Develop effective differentiators and negotiation strategies and understand all key commercial and legal issues. Manage approving process of contractual terms. Organize the handover process of new awards from the business development to operation.

11 Maintain updated sales information, including contract awards, sales activity and sales prospects.

12 Establish and maintain working relationships in various working levels within the company that will enhance the ability of the business development organization to effectively serve the clients.

学历要求 Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
Experience requirements
经验要求 3+ years sales experience in offshore and/or onshore engineering industry
3年以上的海外销售经验或陆上工程行业的工作经验。
Capacity requirement
能力要求 Commerce and management, Engineering or relevant majors.
商业和管理,工程或相关专业。
Offshore and/or onshore engineering fabrication; sales.

Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Chinese;
