职位描述：
Partnership Projects Manager
Location: flexible in Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Foshan /Zhongshan

Objectives:
- Develop and implement Partnership Projects to meet corporate and company objectives.
- Set up partnership lab in different cities regionally.
- Support the management to achieve the goals of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take the P&L responsibility of Partnership Projects Department to support the testing and inspection activities
- Define and Follow the KPI for partnership labs (TAT, Complaints, accuracy, etc.)
- Assessing lab capabilities and conformities, building competent team locally, leveraging regional relationship and resources, and driving the prospective potential to maximize their performance.
- Guarantee the excellence of the services delivered by partnership lab units
- Responsible for the business plan and development of partnership lab units
- Collaborate with other departments to set up and/or simplify the process in order to have smooth operations
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills
- Responsible for maximizing the use of current resources, and production efficiency
- Guarantee the consistency of the tests between the different partnership lab units
- Responsible to ensure the safe working conditions for technical employees
- Control the expenses to be on line with the budget
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams to visit clients
- Coach and train the people
- Apply and implement the procedures of quality system of LCIE China
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills and Requirements:
- Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, has outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and is comfortable managing company and business partner expectations
- Strong communications and influencing skills
- Having the ability to engage with Government or partnership resource then to be used
- Harmonize the daily relationship with partners locally

- Possess good knowledge of electrical testing, of the industry as well as the company's product & service

Education & Experience:
- High University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in same field
- Good knowledge of English (French or German is a plus).
