Responsibilities:
-To manage a team of Sources Inspectors that located at supplier sites and ensure the well-being of these inspectors
-To ensure the overall quality performance at the suppliers such as to perform in-process control audit and outgoing inspection at suppliers
-To coordinate root cause analysis and follow up on the corrective action plans found during in-process control audit
-To ensure the lot traceability at supplier sites are meeting customer requirements
-Handle customer complaints systematically and ensure the corrective actions are effective
-Follow up the product reliability testing setup and analysis, data verification & validation and sample preparation
-Maintain and support product/process qualification documentation, such as first article inspection, control plan, flowchart, inspection procedure, and work instruction at supplier sites.
-Conduct Failure Analysis and prepared or review 8D reports
-Will travel frequently to supplier sites to monitor the team of Sources Inspectors
-Drive quality improvement or involved in quality resolution on components suppliers
Requirement:
-Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
-At least 3-5 years of experience working in an Consumer Electronics and FDA related industry
-At least 5 years of working experience in quality system management especially in FDA and ISO13485, experience in metal parts products is definite asset. Preferably Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt trained
-PC literate and good MS Excel
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Good communication, strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Ability to manage Source inspectors
-Based in Shenzhen
-Experience in multi-national company environment
