Job Purpose
Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:
Processing of Air Export Documentation and work on the timely and effective emergency situation can be dealt with in the evening
Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1 Update required HAWB in line with instruction as received from Customer Services.
2 Check and update milestones in system accurately and timely
3 revise E-AWB message and provide revised Cargo Pouch& Manifest to warehouse
4 update AMS in OFS or 3th party platform;
5 Trigger the BKCF correctly and on time
6 Ensure timely collection of all shipment related documents.
7 re-do consol pouch for midnight flight in case pouch missing or docs amendment is necessary.
8 Perform any ad hoc projects assigned by superior.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:
Education & Qualifications College degree or above
Experience at least 1 years relevant experience
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Responsible, careful, proactive, and ability to take high pressure
Interpersonal & Communication Skills Good interpersonal and communication skills.
