岗位职责：
1. 对起重机械的技术性能熟练并可指挥操作，并确保安全作业；
2. 可从事现场的吊车指挥、起重指挥工作；
3. 严格执行起重吊运方案及技术、安全要求和措施；安全操作技术、常见起重事故及预防措施；
4. 正确运用手势、音响、旗语等指挥信号，组织起重人员实行起重、就位、矫正和最后固定；
5. 认真保护吊件安全和不受损坏；
6. 起重设备的定期检验、使用状况、运行故障及事故记录；
7. 积极参与本专业的能力验证工作和技术培训，努力提高技术水平；
