职位描述：

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· To lead the engineer team to complete NPI effectively and successfully;

· To coordinate different parties (production, QA, planning, etc.) of operations team to make sure smooth production for responsible products;

· To work with customers and project managers to handle ECN and technical issues;

· To work with suppliers to resolve technical problems;

· To develop and improve the processes to meet the delivery requirements with high quality and low cost;

· To work with headquarters colleagues to make smooth product or technology transfer, and get the technical supports from them;

· To develop and optimize the testing system in house and take responsibility for technical definition to tester suppliers and help them to develop high performance testers;

· As a key member of engineering team to take continuous improvement actions for processes, equipment, tools & work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: College or above

Got the training for ISO9000 & ISO14000 system

Got the training for IPC-A-610

Experience: 8 years at least in manufacturing field

5 years at least in process/product/testing technical roles

Worked in electronics assembly industry is a must

Knowledge/Skills:

· Solid knowledge at electronics assembly process;

· Solid knowledge at electronics circuit and electronics product testing;

· Basic knowledge at metal, plastic & mechanics;

· Good skill for root cause analysis and problem solving;

· Solid knowledge of ESD requirement and control in electronics assembly line;

· With solid experience for new product introduction & mass production follow-up;

· Good team work to organize resources to get success during entire product life-circle;

· Good at people management and interpersonal communication.
