Responsibilities:
1, in-depth close to the business progress and human status, to help managers effectively manage the team; management sales team experience is preferred;
2, effectively promote the company's human resources and resources projects, policies and processes in the sector to promote and implement the landing;
3, responsible for department staff recruitment and allocation plan, personnel training program, staff incentive and retention plans and other personnel work;
4, with the department with the co-operation, can effectively use a variety of recruitment channels to complete the annual manpower planning and recruitment implementation.
job requirements:
1, undergraduate and above, human resources management professional is better;
2, engaged in human resources work for more than 8 years, more than 3 years HRBP,
3, understanding of human resources six modules, familiar with labor law and related laws and regulations;
4, with good expression, communication, organization, coordination, time management skills, affinity and learning ability;
5, positive positive cultural values, self-driving force, good compression, can accept a business trip.
