职位描述：
Responsibility/工作职责：

1、 协助团队进行电池系统评估，指定系统的结构设计方案并完成技术开发；
2、 与美国ID团队合作，并提供技术支持和工艺参考，检讨电池ID和工艺可行性，协助ID完成初期电池产品外观设计
3、 根据ID和产品定义要求进行结构设计电池模组和PACK的设计，图纸和技术文件的输出与归档；
4、 与供应商检讨详细电池结构设计及其工装夹具设计，优化设计及生产制程；
5、 负责对新电池产品在工厂端的试产、量产阶段的跟进（模组、PACK样件加工、生产、组装），针对过程发生的问题进行系统地分析并提出改进建议；
6、 与其它部门通力合作，协助项目经理及时达成项目计划，包括产品开模、复制模计划，完成模具认可等，并及时维护提交结构部门各阶段交付物；
7、 有适当比例的出差，需根据产品开发工作安排出差至供应商端参与现场调试、验证工作；

Qualification/任职要求：

1、 机械机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上2轮电动车锂电池结构设计相关行业经验；
3、良好的人际交往和沟通能力，能与中美团队和供应商建立良好的工作关系；
4、精通大型锂电池系统机械结构，精通大型锂电池系统设计标准及安全规范；熟悉大型锂电池组热管理；
5、具有良好的结构设计知识，熟悉钣金加工工艺，焊接工艺，模具注塑工艺；
6、熟练使用Pro/E & CAD 等绘图软件；
7、熟悉GD&T, 公差分析, FMEA, 6sigma , DFM/DFA和项目风险管理；
8、优秀的问题处理能力，有独力问题分析、处理能力；
